The teaser trailer premiered as of September 10th and has already reached 9.7 millions views. Teasing us with only one minute and twenty-four seconds of the well expected movie.

I think we could be vocal and ask for more because Walt, that wasn’t nearly enough. Halle has the honor of playing Ariel in one of the most loved childhood Disney movies/fairy tales. And it’s quite refreshing to have a colored woman play this role. But the most genuine part about this entire ordeal is that it’s Halle Bailey, a sweetheart in the flesh. She’s private, unproblematic and has a charm that you cannot ignore. This will be Halle’s breakout role as an actress and I’m sure only the beginning with more to come.
