The name Myles O’Neal may sound familiar to you because he is the son of one of the most famous athletes in the world, Shaquille O’Neal. But Myles is paving his own path. He is doing his own thing. This includes him recently being featured with his siblings as Fresh faces for Silk Nextmilk. Myles is a star on the rise and I will get into that later, but first let’s get into him. Campaign with Silk.
“This silk milknext campaign has become very huge as well. I see it everywhere I go. I can be driving around LA or going to the mall. It’s everywhere I. go. It’s crazy.”
Myles has added the silk milk to his daily routine and can see an improvement in his over health, giving him more energy and encouraging other people to try it out. Myles is not completely vegan. But he has made more selective choices in the food he eats.
“I don’t have a good relationship with dairy in general, I haven’t cut it completely out of my diet because I do enjoy cheeseburgers and things like that. But when I work out, I must use vegan protein or almond milk. I do use the silk milk the most.”
Myles sticks to a much healthier and well-balanced diet after being hospitalized. behind dairy. in his early years. He understands that as you get older, watch more carefully what one eats.
“My mom used to tell me all black people are lactose intolerant. I guess that’s true. I know the silk next milk is better for my stomach. I’m not as bloated or sluggish after drinking it.”
Myles is also a DJ. It’s something that he loves doing. It was to his surprise that the demand for his DJ service and talents would become so highly demanded. His schedule these days is off the chart.
“We are on tour, and we have done over 30 tours so far. I do like three weeks in a row and then I get a break. We will probably go to about 50 shows before the year is over. We have a single coming out and will probably do a release party in LA.”
Myles has a very busy life. Before he started DJing, he was modeling for fashion designers like Dolce & Gabbana, Dior, Adidas, Puma, and many more. If you like to know more about Myles, you can follow him on Instagram mylesoneal.
