The 2 Part Episode Premiere of Issa Rae’s Rap Sh!t is tonight!

Issa Rae created this one for the girls and guys who love the city and hot girl culture. This show represents the new era of female rappers and how they are taking over the game and demanding respect. This show features some of our star favorites like KaMillion, Jonica Booth, RJ Cyler, Brittany Jefferson, DomiNque Perry, Pretty Vee and more. 

We’re so excited to see what Issa has worked extremely hard on day and night. And we’re super proud of her climb up the industry ladder. Beginning as an actress herself and now writing and being executive producer of her own show. And not just any show but a show that flows with the culture. This new summer sizzle is about to blow the roof off on HBO Max.

In case you didn’t know Issa Rae penned the premier episode, co-wrote the finale and serves as an executive producer alongsie showrunner Syreeta Singleton. It gets better because our favorite City Girls Yung Miami and JT are co-EPs. So you know this is about to be epic!
