Lizzo’s Watch Out for the Big Grrrls is here! Go Big or Go Home

For decades the world has defined a beautiful and sexy woman as being 36 24 36 tall and thin. But Lizzo and her team are changing the world’s concept of that outlook. There’s a saying that goes “beauty is in the eyes of the beholder”. Well, I had the opportunity to talk to the cast and each one of them demonstrated a different kind of beauty. Not only are they beautiful to look upon, they also have the kind of beauty that goes below the surface.

Jasmine, Moesha, Jayla, Ashley, Charity, Kiara, Arianna, Isabel, Asia, and Sydney certainly do not let people’s view of plus size women deter them from making their mark on the world. These bubbly, fun loving and big-hearted girls have what it takes and know how to use it. The girls talked about how working with Lizzo has taught them to be bold and confident in their own skin and bring out the beauty from inside out. They talked about how amazing the experience has been and how they never thought they would be living this life today.

They laughed about how living in the house with each other could be sometimes challenging but, at the end of the day they really do love and respect each other’s friendship and they see themselves as a family. Most people are amazed at how well the girls perform but, what some people don’t know is these girls have been dancing from the ages of two and up. They are by no means amateurs, they are professional dancers.

Lizzo’s Big GRRRLs show is about celebrating beauty in all sizes. The show is unscripted and you will see them at their best and worst. I must say these girls really know how to bring it. When they hit that stage, you will certainly get your money’s worth. They come out full force, powerful and dynamic giving the audience all they got. Zero size women will have to move over, not really Lizzo and her girls are not trying to take over. They just want the world to know they are here, and they will not be denied.
