Official Trailer of Apple TV+’s The Changeling

Today, Apple TV+ unveiled the trailer for “The Changeling,” an upcoming eight-part drama. The series features Academy Award-nominee LaKeith Stanfield, who also serves as an executive producer. “The Changeling” is set to have its worldwide premiere on Friday, September 8, 2023, exclusively on Apple TV+. The first three episodes will be released on this date, with subsequent episodes being released every Friday until October 13.
“The Changeling” is a fairytale for adults, based on the highly acclaimed and best-selling book written by Victor LaValle. This is a horror story, a fable about parenthood, and a perilous odyssey through a previously unknown side of New York City. The series features a talented cast including Stanfield, Clark Backo, Adina Porter, Samuel T. Herring, Alexis Louder, Jared Abrahamson, and a special guest appearance by Malcolm Barrett.
“The Changeling” is a television series written and adapted by Kelly Marcel, who is also the showrunner and executive producer. The pilot episode of the series was directed by Melina Matsoukas.
The series is produced by Apple Studios and Annapurna. Megan Ellison, Patrick Chu, and Ali Krug serve as executive producers representing Annapurna. The executive producers of the show include showrunner Kelly Marcel, author Victor LaValle, David Knoller, and director Jonathan van Tulleken. They are joined by star LaKeith Stanfield. Director Matsoukas serves as an executive producer through her production company, De La Revolución Films. Sue Naegle and David Wolkis are both executive producers, while Khaliah Neal serves as the co-executive producer.
