Prime Video Original Film ‘Somebody I Used to Know’ Is Now Streaming

A new romantic comedy has come to Prime Video just in time for Valentine’s Day. Somebody I Used to Know will make you reminisce about the one that got away. The film stars Insecure’s Jay Ellis, Alison Brie, and Kiersey Clemons. Their supporting cast consists of Danny Pudi, Olga Merediz, Haley Joel Osment, Ayden Mayeri, and Julie Hagerty.
After traveling back to the comfort of her hometown, workaholic Ally runs into her ex Sean (Ellis), at the neighborhood bar. The whirlwind reunion sparks memories of their past, causing her to question her direction in life. The confusion mounts when she meets the new woman in his life, Cassidy, who reminds her of the confident, creative woman she used to be.
The film is written, directed, and executive produced by Dave Franco. It is also written and executive produced by Alison Brie. Marty Bowen, Wyck Godfrey, Michael Heimler, Leigh Kittay, Isaac Klausner, and Ben Stillman are producers. Bart Lipton, Laura Quicksilver, and Teddy Schwarzman are executive producers.
Somebody I Used to Know premiered on Friday, February 10, and is now streaming on Prime Video.
