The Triple Threat Ceyair J Wright is starring in the next season of Grown-ish

The anticipated fifth season of Freeform’s hit show, GROWN-ISH is set to premier July 20th, 2022 and run for 9 episodes. Ceyair plays the role of “Zeke,” a contemporary all American football player who is super confident and comfortable in his own skin, but is extremely endearing. Marcus Scriber has joined his TV sister (Yara) on the spinoff, reprising his role as Andre Johnson Jr. (aka Junior) and he embarks on his own journey to be “grown.” Ceyair plays one of his best friends and is a pivotal part of his inner circle of friends, among many other storylines. The cast consists of Yara Shahidi, Marcus Scribner, Daniella Perkins, Matthew Sato, Slick Woods and many more.

You may also recognize Ceyair from the  Warner Bros. hit film, Space Jam: A New Legacy, which starred Lebron James. Ceyair played the role as “Darius James,” Lebron James older son who tried to follow in his dad footsteps, but also tried to help his dad get him and his brother back, from a different universe. “Darius,” who is very close to his younger brother and family was dedicated to bring them back. This film had a star studded cast that included top athletes like, Damien Lillard, Anthony Davis, Chris Paul, Diana Taurasi, etc. and  actors which included  Zendaya, Don Cheadle, Gabrielle Iglesias and many more, not including all the WB iconic characters we knew growing up.
